Welcome to ParaMe.se, here you can find local sports clubs with activities for people with disabilities. ParaMe helps you find an activity in your nearby area and exciting events to try new sports. You can also get inspired by other athletes and their stories or test our workout at home videos where you can follow along with other athletes with disabilities.
About ParaMe
ParaMe is the new way to discover local opportunities to become more physically active. Our ambition is to connect people with disabilities and local sports clubs by providing the information and inspiration you need to get active.
ParaMe started as a project funded by the Swedish Inheritance Fund (Allmänna Arvsfonden), the project ended in January 2022 but ParaMe lives on, powered by Parasport Sweden .
How to use ParaMe
To find a sports club, go to Hitta Träning. In the filter at the top of the page you can choose ‘Area’ (Plats), ‘Disability’ (Funktionsnedsättning) and ‘I am interested in’ (Jag är intresserad av…), for example ‘Team sports’ (Lagsport).
Once you have made your choices you get a result showing the different sports in your area. Choose the one you are interested in and find out what clubs are nearby and how to contact them by clicking on the purple button ‘Visa föreningar nära mig’ on the right-hand side of the page. If you want to see all the nearby clubs straight away, you can select ‘Sortera efter förening’ on the results page in the tabs above the sport results.

Do you need more information in English or another language?
